Before you call tech support here is a list of common solutions:

Problem: I was connected and now I keep getting a message "Cannot display page."

+Solution 1:

This may be from a loss of power or signal. Your computer, modem or router may need to be restarted.

  • Please disconnect power from your modem and/or router.
  • Restart your computer, then apply power to your modem and/or router.
  • +Solution 2:

    If your computer is connected to a router, click on the support links for the respective manufacturer (Linksys, D-Link, Microsoft, Belkin, Netgear, IOGear)
