RATES
TELEPHONE
This is a very rural area. Cell phones rarely work in Big South Fork.
Outside of the park, people using Verizon get the best reception. If
you need to get in contact with someone, we will do our best to make
our telephone available - please bring a credit card or telephone card
for long distance calls.
INTERNET ACCESS
DSL is installed at the Lodge and guests staying in the Lodge may
access it by WiFi in the guests'
sitting room. If you are staying in a cabin, you can still pick up your
Emails, parked in front of the sitting room.
TELEVISION
DirectTV is available in the guests' sitting room at the Lodge and in
Acorn cabin. The Lodge's bedrooms are equipped with a TV that captures
"normal network" TV. The woodland cabins do not capture TV reception.
Everywhere there is a VCR and we have over 500 films available for your
entertainment, free of charge. A few bedrooms at the Lodge and some
cabins have a DVD
player and we have a few DVDs.
PAYMENT
We do not accept credit cards. We will accept a personal check, even
out of State, travelers' checks and cash.
CASH
There is an ATM about 2 miles from the Lodge.
